Your Responsibilities:
Position: Marketing Operations Assistant – Entry-Level Talent
In this position, you will:
- Manage the creation and upkeep of marketing campaigns within CRM systems and related processes.
- Support marketing initiatives, showcasing your expertise in areas such as content creation, advertising, and event organization.
- Design and implement strategies to engage target audiences through various channels, including social media, email, and more.
- Analyze marketing metrics (campaign performance, conversion rates, web traffic, etc.) to inform future marketing tactics.
- Review and ensure quality in content and communications across all SAP channels.
- Assist with budget management: including creating purchase orders, tracking invoices, and forecasting expenses.
- Generate reports utilizing SAP systems like CRM and SRM, as well as Excel.
- Maintain up-to-date information in relevant systems.
- Oversee the development and management of marketing assets such as videos, blogs, infographics, and white papers, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies in line with purchasing policies and project budgets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer interactions and develop strategies to address any gaps.
Your Qualifications:
Education:
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's or associate's degree.
- Preferably within two years of graduation.
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience and Skills:
- Ideally, less than two years of professional experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel), marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across virtual teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Accountability for meeting both individual and team goals.
