We are seeking a Global HR Operations Professional to join our global team. This role will play a crucial part in driving the delivery of excellent HR services to employees across the globe.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of common HR administrative and operational work, including employee full cycle administration. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This role requires a strong interest in learning and the ability to take learning opportunities when they arise. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong partnerships and work closely with people across all levels of the company, prioritizing tasks and delegating them when appropriate.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering results and taking ownership of their performance. A master's degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics or HR is preferred, as well as 4+ years' work experience in complex corporate structures (multi-national companies preferred), ideally in HR systems and operations.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team.
