**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Pipeline Development Lead with strong B2B marketing and pipeline-building expertise to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, deep experience with PPC advertising, and a passion for AI tools that enhance marketing performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a pipeline for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or services companies.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other major PPC platforms.
- Leverage HubSpot (experience preferred) and other marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads.
- Track and report data and insights across key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
- Identify and use intent data to target high-value prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Ability to build and optimize marketing pipelines for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or service-based businesses.
