**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Pipeline Development Lead with strong B2B marketing and pipeline-building expertise to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, deep experience with PPC advertising, and a passion for AI tools that enhance marketing performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a pipeline for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or services companies.
  2. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other major PPC platforms.
  3. Leverage HubSpot (experience preferred) and other marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads.
  4. Track and report data and insights across key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  5. Experiment with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
  6. Identify and use intent data to target high-value prospects and improve conversion rates.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.

**Qualifications:**

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
  2. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  3. Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  4. Familiarity with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  5. Ability to build and optimize marketing pipelines for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or service-based businesses.
