Job Description
As our Talent Development Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by designing and delivering training programs that align with our brand standards. Your mission will be to ensure that all Heartists embody the ibis brand attributes, leading to exceptional customer experiences and increased revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for training and development initiatives, closely aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
  • Institute effective audit processes to measure the efficacy of training programs and collaborate with the L&D Manager to refine their execution.
  • Travel to various ibis hotels in the region to deliver engaging training sessions, utilizing diverse learning methods such as behavioral, soft skills, and brand standards.

We seek an individual with outstanding presentation and communication skills, demonstrating high integrity, self-motivation, energy, and a genuine passion for the job. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure and exhibit excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and expand responsibilities, coupled with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
