We are seeking a seasoned Client Success Director to drive growth and maximize AI and outsourcing opportunities for our global clients. As a key member of the Bruntwork team, you will be responsible for managing high-level client interactions, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & AI Upselling: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, positioning BruntWork's AI-driven tools (e.g., AI email assistants, sales coaching tools) and remote workforce solutions as high-value additions.
  • VIP Client Engagement & Escalation Management: Act as a senior point of contact for VIP clients, stepping in as needed for critical discussions, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Strategic Consulting & Hands-On Execution: Provide insights on workforce optimization, AI adoption, and outsourcing best practices during strategy sessions and QBRs.
  • Internal Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a resource and mentor for junior Client Success Managers, sharing best practices for client engagement and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting, preferably in AI, outsourcing, or tech start-ups.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., AI email assistants, sales coaching tools) and the ability to articulate their ROI to clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience managing VIP and enterprise-level clients, including contract negotiations and high-stakes relationship management.
