Coltalentos is a leading provider of well-being services seeking a Client Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in B2B account management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor portfolio performance and utilization, taking action to optimize key metrics
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand your portfolio, including cross-selling and exploring new markets
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing resources and exceeding expectations
- Analyze client data to make informed strategic decisions
This role will be based remotely, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid model in the future.
