Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives in managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Utilize Notion, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Suite to track sales, manage documentation, and streamline operations.
  • Understand and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to support drop shipping operations.
  • Ensure timely tracking of PO releases for logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, vendor management, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
