Your Mission at Alegra

The Head of Product will lead the team in building products and features that drive sustainable growth and user engagement within Alegra's ecosystem. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a positive user experience and fostering interaction with our current users, with a focus on long-term product growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the production of sub-teams within the area.
  • Evaluate and track individual performance of team members.
  • Create new features, improvements, and product development to expand the company's growth and reach.
  • Train the team in the pursuit of new ideas, education, and experience.
  • Maintain a focus on improving the end-user experience throughout the product discovery process.
  • Develop customized career and professional development plans for each Product Owner.
  • Define and reach consensus on the key functions of the roadmap for each product.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of documentation, communication, and tracking processes with the Development/Engineering team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in leading Product teams (minimum 4 years).
  • Ability to connect business and user needs with the creation of a successful product.
  • Capability to think in the long term and identify future opportunities.
  • User-centric thinking.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken, C1).
  • Passion for reading and continuous learning.
  • Enthusiasm for the digital world and emerging technologies.
  • Motivated and possessing a strong ability to maintain team independence.
