Overview

We are a global leader in cloud communication platforms, serving almost 80% of the population through our 75+ offices on six continents. As a key part of our Legal Department, you will work closely with Chief Regional Counsel to carry out complex tasks associated with Commercial and Corporate areas.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with commercial law, with advanced English skills required for this role. Portuguese knowledge is a plus, and candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We value collaboration, professionalism, and open communication in our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex tasks and contracts related to the Legal Department.
  • Showcase proficiency in assigned areas while taking responsibility for matters outside the scope, including projects and collaborations.
  • Handle specific projects or parts of key areas under the Legal department, working independently or with minimum supervision.
  • Mentor team members and associates, contributing to the onboarding and mentoring program.
  • Coordinate assessments of standing processes and internal policies, guiding colleagues when necessary.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, creating trust-based relationships.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working with commercial law.
  • Advanced English skills are essential for this role.
  • Portuguese knowledge is a plus.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
