Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Strategist to develop and implement effective communication plans to build and maintain our brand's reputation, manage media relationships, and respond to public inquiries. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop PR Strategies: Create and execute PR strategies that align with our objectives, monitoring industry trends and adjusting as needed.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers, preparing press releases and other materials.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, responding promptly to any negative press or public relations issues.
• Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, speeches, presentations, and social media content, ensuring all communications reflect our brand's values and voice.
• Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage PR events such as press conferences, product launches, and community events.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, community leaders, and investors, developing partnerships with organizations that align with our brand's values.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track PR campaign results, media coverage, and public perception, analyzing metrics to assess campaign success and making data-driven recommendations. Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in public relations preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms, media relations tools, and analytics software. Ability to work under pressure, especially in crisis situations, and experience with AI (mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building abilities, project management, and organizational skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with brand management and reputation management techniques.
