Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruiting efforts in Bogota, Colombia. This role will involve researching, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates for agent/entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs, including required skills, knowledge, and qualifications.
  • Negotiate salaries to establish win-win relationships between the company and prospective employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes, leveraging data analysis and metrics management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting expectations by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with managers in the interviewing and hiring process.
  • Assist in acquiring and developing tools to monitor departmental costs and trends, aiming to improve value and work with management to identify key strategic organizational needs.
  • Consult with recruiters to determine recruitment needs and identify candidate profiles for various openings.
  • Review and short-list resumes, conducting phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit with FPS core values.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in volume recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.
  • Experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
  • Experience with candidate selection methods and sourcing platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as cross-cultural skills.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with strategic formulation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, respectful, patient, and empathetic towards others.
  • Target-driven and adept at multitasking.
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
