About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team at Konstant Kreative. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality graphic designs that enhance the brand's visibility and engagement.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Graphic Designer with expertise in ad creative design and social content creation. You will work closely with project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design Creation

    • Develop visually engaging graphic designs for various mediums, including static ads, GIFs, infographics, and carousels.
    • Optimize assets for multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, X, Pinterest, web, and print.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality across all designs.

  • Concept Development

    • Generate innovative design concepts and ideas that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
    • Transform ideas into compelling designs that resonate with the target audience.
    • Design with the intention to drive conversions and improve engagement.

  • Production and Execution

    • Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
    • Work with the Konstant team to execute designs within the Konstant Kreative app and project management tools.

  • Brand Consistency

    • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and campaigns.
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure designs align with the brand's visual identity.

  • Feedback and Revisions

    • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in ad creative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
