  1. Collaborate with a team of designers, producers, and engineers to create AI product experiences.
  2. Work closely with design and product owners to visually present Microsoft AI products.
  3. Develop visual assets for animation and other digital artifacts.
  4. Effectively manage project timelines and mitigate potential issues.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  6. Contribute to the vibrant and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field and 3+ years of experience in product design.
  2. OR equivalent experience in product design.
  3. Experience using design tools to produce engaging 2D & 3D content.
  4. An online portfolio demonstrating visual design experience.
  5. Knowledge of digital video formats and workflows.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Supplementary 2D/3D motion skills.
  2. Background collaborating with UI/UX designers.
  3. Experience in TV, film, or web multimedia production.
  4. Storyboarding, audio, or other design skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to create content using large language models.
  6. High proficiency with Adobe CC, Cinema 4D, and Figma.
