The Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of professional UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Advanced English language skills are required, as well as experience leading teams and working on Agile/Scrum projects.
  • You should have meaningful experience with Figma, Sketch, and other design tools, as well as a successful completion of a four-year college degree.
  • Able to work through new and difficult issues, contribute to libraries, and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude are essential for this role.
  • Experience working on large, complex systems and taking extreme ownership of your work are also highly valued.
