QA Team Manager

About Your Business Area/Department:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly skilled QAs, setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Gain functional expertise on the Media area and discuss functional and technical directions.
  • Participate in solution design, raising early QA considerations and defining a vision for the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date team capacity versus business needs and follow quarterly plans.
  • Ensure QA best practices are applied, designing test strategies and suggesting improvements.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in an equivalent role with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience with automated testing.
  • Good experience in Database, Microservices testing, and Frontend testing.
  • Good knowledge of industry trends like Cloud, AI/ML, and CI/CD pipelines.
