**Job Overview**

We're expanding our Media division and seeking a highly skilled **Lead Quality Assurance Strategist** to join our team in Bogota, Colombia or Nice, France. As a key member of our QA team, you'll be responsible for testing end-to-end functionalities, ensuring no regression while loading new software, and collaborating with business partners and development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Lead Quality Assurance Strategist, you'll:

  1. Lead a team of skilled QAs and be accountable for their performances. Ensure good team collaboration across countries and time-zones.
  2. Set performance objectives and conduct reviews to motivate and guide team members in expanding their capabilities.
  3. Foster a collaborative work environment by organizing the team and promoting open communication.
  4. Gain functional expertise in the Media area and discuss functional directions with the team.
  5. Participate in solution design and raise QA considerations to ensure the best possible solutions.
  6. Develop plans to address resource challenges and report on team activities.
  7. Ensure QA best practices are applied and design test strategies to ensure follow-up.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development lifecycle.
  2. Fluent English and strong analytical thinking skills.
  3. Management experience and knowledge of best practices across the software development lifecycle.
  4. Experience in database, microservices, and frontend testing technologies, including Jira, GitHub, SQL, and CI/CD platforms.
