Job Description:
As a Senior Principal QA Engineer - WiFi, you will lead the design, development, and execution of advanced testing solutions for our Enterprise WiFi and switching products. You will work closely with development teams to identify testing requirements and create detailed test plans, and lead the development of automated testing solutions using Python scripting and tools like Robot Framework, Selenium, or equivalent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need 15+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on WiFi or network technologies. You will also need an in-depth understanding of WiFi protocols, network architectures, and security standards, as well as proficiency in Python scripting and automation, with experience using frameworks like Robot Framework and Selenium. Additionally, you will need hands-on experience with large-scale WiFi network deployments (100+ APs, 1000+ devices) and troubleshooting complex network issues.

You will also be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $160,000.00-$210,000.00 per year, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, and local candidates only will be considered.
