What You'll Do

  • Partner with various teams to manage the contracting process, including creative lead generation, discovery, contract evaluations, and supporting live deal negotiations and closings.
  • Help develop the strategic plan for provider and ancillary contracting in all markets.
  • Partner with regional account managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and contract implementations upon closing.
  • Cultivate, manage, and maintain long-term, productive relationships with health plans and medical groups.
  • Work with analytics and revenue cycle teams to create OKRs to optimize rate structures, increase overall annual revenue, and renegotiate contracted rates with payers.
  • Act as a liaison between market access and field teams to gather and address any payer issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop special reports and execute special projects.

About You

  • Quantitative track record of exceptional performance.
  • Resourceful grittiness - you respond to adversity with a combination of perseverance and creativity.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage complex projects. You feel comfortable taking ownership of a project from start to finish with minimum supervision.
  • Process-oriented - you can define and optimize workflows that support quality, timely outreach to hundreds of inbound leads per month.
  • Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are required (Minimum C1).
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
