Contract Management Specialist for Market Access

Role Overview
As a Market Access Contract Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our contracting processes and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work closely with credentialing, legal, licensing, revenue cycle, and various teams to oversee the contracting process. This includes generating innovative leads, conducting thorough contract evaluations, and supporting negotiations and closures of live deals.
- Strategic Development: Assist in formulating the strategic plan for provider and ancillary contracting across diverse markets.
- Opportunity Management: Collaborate with regional account managers to ensure seamless transitions of qualified opportunities and contract implementations following closures.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term, productive relationships with health plans and medical groups.
- Analytics Collaboration: Partner with analytics and revenue cycle teams to establish OKRs aimed at optimizing rate structures, enhancing overall annual revenue, and renegotiating contracted rates with payers.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between market access and field teams to identify and resolve any payer-related issues.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop specialized reports and carry out unique projects.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated history of outstanding performance in quantitative metrics.
- Exhibits resourcefulness and resilience, responding to challenges with a blend of perseverance and creativity.
- Proficient in coordinating, prioritizing, and managing complex projects, with the ability to take ownership from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
- Process-oriented mindset, capable of defining and optimizing workflows that facilitate quality and timely outreach to numerous inbound leads monthly.
- A collaborative team player with a proven ability to forge strong working relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills is essential (Minimum C1).
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
