Job Summary: As a Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the development and implementation of strategic plans. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, develop and execute project plans, and measure and report on progress.


Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, project management, and team leadership. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives
  • Developing and executing project plans, including budgets and timelines
  • Measuring and reporting on progress against strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key requirements include:



  • At least 10 years of experience in strategy development, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with a track record of delivering results in a collaborative environment
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry and the competitive landscape
  • Fluency in English, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
