We're seeking a talented Marketing Leader to drive growth and innovation for our Baby & Child Care portfolio in Enterprise Markets. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver business results and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our brand. You'll be responsible for leading the marketing growth strategy for Baby & Child Care across Enterprise Markets, with a focus on driving brand penetration and premiumization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing growth strategy for Baby & Child Care in Enterprise Markets, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement winning brand and communications toolkits, connections strategies, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Partner with local teams to drive maximum adoption of our products and services across markets.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that deliver business results and drive brand growth.

What You'll Need:

• 8+ years of experience in FMCG or Pharma Marketing roles, with a focus on baby-focused categories.
• Regional/global or multi-country management experience is a must.
• Strong brand building experience, with a focus on consumer insights, new product development, communication, and campaign development.
• Innovation development experience, R&E or R&D desirable.
• Experience leading digital initiatives is preferred.
• Previous experience building, budgeting, and executing both long-term strategic and short-term operational marketing plans that have resulted in above-average business growth and performance.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and commercial grounding of the GTM process.
• Team player, ability to work efficiently in cross-functional and multi-national teams.
• Advanced English level required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
