Peachtree Networks is seeking a highly skilled E-Waste Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of client orders.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by adhering to effective fulfillment and logistics policies and standard operating procedures.
- Reporting and Updates: Manage all reporting related to the Operations Department, providing regular updates to management as required.
- Global Partnerships: Develop contractual relationships with overseas partners, global sea and air freight carriers.
- Shipping and Logistics: Implement an efficient process to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for sales orders, track all inbound and outbound shipments worldwide, and maintain a highly organized log of all shipments globally.
- Client Communication: Provide clients with service delivery updates on all orders within the cycle of every calendar day.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control over the outcome of cross-functional teams and review and maintain sale contracts to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in the relevant major.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a project manager in an International Logistics environment.
- Skills: Experience in customer relationship management to international clients, project management, global logistics, and quality control is required. Possess strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Language: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
