Senior Marketing Manager

Backed by Accel-KKR, a leading technology-focused private equity firm, we offer significant capital and resources to invest in technology and platform innovation. This is where you come in – as our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, digital, field, partner marketing, and Sales. We're looking for a creative and data-driven individual who can balance process-oriented thinking with innovative strategy development.

Responsibilities
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation
  • Supervise campaign execution, monitoring, and measurement to ensure organizational guidelines are followed
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing projects
  • Align campaigns with in-person events, such as trade shows and conferences
  • Partner with content and SDR teams on outreach and follow-up communications
  • Develop captivating customer journeys through digital media and content syndication
  • Map content story arcs to target personas and orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages
  • Forecast, track, and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and partner with stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing campaigns in a hyper-growth technology company
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications; or equivalent professional work experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • A results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving results and metrics-driven management
  • Proficiency with creative development, content management, email marketing, and lead nurturing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Wrike or similar technology preferred
  • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external teams

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
