Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Loan Resolution Specialist to join our team at World Business Lenders, LLC. This is a Contract/Consultant position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Description:

The Asset Resolution Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loans and REO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and monitoring a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO, toward most effective and efficient resolution.
  • Conducting proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards.
  • Monitoring and managing commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities, functions, and deadlines.
  • Directing/monitoring/liaising with in-house and outside attorneys, collection agencies, and other vendors that support the loss mitigation effort.
  • Interacting with customers and their counsel.
  • Negotiating and preparing settlement agreements.
  • Preparing bidding instructions.
  • Monitoring loss mitigation workout performance and loss severity trends.
  • Implementing and communicating loss mitigation decisions.
  • Maintaining delinquency and loss mitigation reporting, including trend analysis and assessment.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of debtors' financial position, credit status, personal background, and historical payment performance.
  • Facilitating negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Performing extensive quarterly review of portfolio being managed to confirm or reassess recovery estimates.
  • Monitoring related expenses (taxes, maintenance, utilities, fees, etc.) and timely proposing protective advances.
  • Assisting in budget preparation for the Asset Resolution Department.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school.
  • Experience working with Real Estate.
  • Experience in commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure/loss mitigation.
  • Strong organization, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills, and innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical problems.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation and Benefits:

This Contract/Consultancy position offers a competitive salary and 11 US Paid Holidays per year, plus additional benefits. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience.
