Role Overview

This senior-level position entails leading high-profile architecture projects from inception to completion, while cultivating a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the studio. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering cutting-edge designs that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your exceptional leadership skills to oversee project teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance design quality, incorporating sustainable practices and socially conscious solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members, encouraging continuous learning and skill development.
  • Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting underrepresented voices and perspectives within the industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, supplemented by 10-15 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 10 years focused on interior design.
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical expertise, and commitment to sustainability.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams through all stages of project delivery, including Construction Administration.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office, with a solid understanding of construction codes and regulations.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $140,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
