**About the Role**
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
Become a fixture of the startup community, representing AWS as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within the company.
Promote and evangelize AWS services to the startup community, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our platform.
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional coverage plan to drive adoption and expansion of AWS among startups.
Create compelling value propositions around AWS services and partnership opportunities to attract and engage with potential customers.
Maintain a robust pipeline of projects and opportunities, identifying and onboarding new partners to extend their reach and promote AWS adoption.
Contribute to delivering a positive customer experience by working closely with developers, data scientists, and IT architects to meet the needs of startups.
**Key Qualifications**
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Preferred: experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
