We are seeking an experienced Film Producer to lead the production of music videos for new and emerging artists at Coral. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, artistic environment and is passionate about bringing musical visions to life through visual storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with artists, directors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative music video concepts that exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate Production Staff: Hire key personnel and crew members to ensure a talented and efficient team is in place.
  • Manage Logistics: Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to guarantee successful project execution.

In this dynamic role, you will lead and supervise the production phase, ensuring adherence to the creative vision and timeline. Effective communication between the director, crew, and artists is crucial to fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in film or music video production, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Video Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing resources and allocating budgets efficiently.
