Customer Service Coordinator

This role involves working as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and sales teams to ensure timely installation and calibration of vehicles.
Responsibilities- Matching up CRM systems in the morning
- Assisting technicians with part ordering
- Obtaining ETA's from technicians and updating CRM records accordingly
- Coordinating services with customers and technicians throughout the day
- Responding to external sales organization emails and keeping them informed about job updates
- Updating CRM disposition daily
- Communicating with internal teams regarding jobs including aftermarket and dealer parts, calibration issues, warranties, claims-related issues, and rebates
- Strong command of both Spanish and English languages
- Effective communication skills through SMS, email, and phone
- Multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry
