About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer research and analysis to lead our insights team. You will be responsible for developing and executing research studies that inform business decisions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of major research studies, including setting goals, managing work prioritization, and coaching team members.
  • Partner with business function owners and stakeholders to identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight and drive business growth.
  • Create customer journeys, qualitative reports, insight frameworks, and user personas that synthesize data and findings to inform business decisions.
  • Develop immersive and interactive methods to help stakeholders understand customer needs and experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in customer research and analysis, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  • Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive change in how the organization operates.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and providing coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, including partnering with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with fluency in English (and Spanish a plus).

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated range of £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide:
