Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Insights Director to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Insights function, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and customer understanding.

About the Role

As a Senior Insights Director, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and execute research studies, develop customer journey maps, and create actionable recommendations for business leaders. You'll also partner with stakeholders to prioritize research budget and identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research studies that deliver high-quality insights and recommendations for business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with business function owners to prioritize research budget and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement customer journey maps and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer research and analytics.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 10 years of experience in customer research and analytics, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality insights and recommendations. You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
