We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Insights Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and strategic insights to drive business growth and success.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with financial planning, reporting, and cost center management experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong PC skills, with knowledge of SAP and Anaplan (experience in FMCG preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
