As the Capacity Building, Transition, and Sustainability Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work with our team members to design, implement, and monitor capacity building activities throughout the LHSS Colombia activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on the design and implementation of capacity building policies around the health response for migrant populations and host communities.
- Coordinate efforts to strengthen the organizational capacity of territorial entities and community-based organizations to implement health policies.
- Work with the team of territorial specialists to advise and support capacity building in territorial entities and local partners.
- Coordinate and implement the Capacity Building Strategy of LHSS Colombia.
- Support the development of interventions by the Governance and Policy Component established in the LHSS Colombia work plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree + Nine years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Seven years of relevant experience, or PhD + Four years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate studies in health sciences and/or social sciences and/or political science and/or industrial engineering.
- A master's degree or specialization in management, public policy, international development, public health, or another related field is desirable.
