Polyolefins Specialist

We're seeking a Polyolefins Specialist to join the technology support and PMO department of a multinational company located in the middle east, leader in the global energy industry as the world's largest producer of hydrocarbons with the lowest upstream carbon intensity.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead activities related to the technology licensing process and procurement
- Provide polyolefins technical support for capital projects involving polyolefins units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and engineering)
- Lead the strategic evaluation of licensing agreements
- Actively participate in a knowledge sharing network
- Act as a mentor to develope specialists and engineers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- 10-15 years of experience with a polyolefins manufacturer or licensor (This experience must include time spent in developing licensing agreements and procurement strategies).
- Demonstrated track-record to interface effectively with internal engineering, R&D and technical service groups.
- English C1 is a must.
- Being resident of any country in LATAM is a must.
- Mobility through an expatriate package is a must.
