Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our PRO team As a key member of our procurement department, you will play an integral part in driving business growth through strategic sourcing and negotiations with vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company's needs and deliver value.
- Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
