About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Director to drive strategic client management and operational excellence for our key clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to address them.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that support business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large business managing multiple sites and geographies.
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting skills, with a proven track record of delivering results within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of organizational behavior, workforce planning, metrics, and analytics.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
