About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise, you will be responsible for analyzing end-to-end procurement processes for our global customers and presenting findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess business process maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP IBP modules.
  • Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP modules.
  • Provide remote and onsite support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.

Requirements

  • Mandatory:
    • At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP modules, including Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, and IBP Optimizer.
    • At least two end-to-end implementation experiences in deploying one or more of the IBP modules listed.
    • Knowledge in the integration between SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real-Time Integration (RTI).
    • Experience in business process analysis and reengineering.
  • Preferred/Good to Have:
    • Experience in complex projects and international environments.
    • Certification in SAP IBP modules.
    • Additional knowledge/certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions.
  • Additional:
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
    • Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills.
    • Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution-focused, willing to learn.

Language Skills

  • English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written, as we will be supporting customers in all Americas regions.
  • Spanish - Native speaker.
