If so, Puulse Marketing is seeking a dynamic Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

As a Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist at Puulse Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential new customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services offered by Puulse Marketing.

The selected candidate's primary goal is to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, building rapport and setting the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients. We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed sales professional to join our Welcome Call team.

This role is heavily focused on being warm and welcoming, patient, and helpful within our collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  2. Participate in video calls with new customers to integrate our software with their social media profiles and CRMs.
  3. Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
  4. Create a warm and friendly atmosphere during these introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions they may have, and showing them around their new product.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Actively follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient computer skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  2. Consistent patience and perseverance to accomplish the needed tasks with customers.
  3. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  9. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
