Sales Activator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Activator / Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Puulse Marketing. As a key player in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for engaging with potential new customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services.

1. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
2. Be on video calls with new customers to integrate our software with their social media profiles and CRMs.
3. Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
4. Create a warm and friendly atmosphere during these introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions they may have, and showing them around their new product.
5. Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Actively follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates.
