**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our People Function, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure seamless onboarding of talent into our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage interview scheduling based on candidate availability and our teams' dynamic calendars.
- Collaborate with teams across the US, UK, and Colombia to interview candidates.
- Manage and maintain our recruitment database to ensure candidates continue to flow through the process.
- Be responsible for enabling access for new employees and ensure they are correctly onboarded into the firm.
- Coordinate onboarding scheduling and training across the globe.
**Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR.
- At least 3 years of experience with scheduling and managing calendars with different time zones.
- Experience working with US companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening).
- Must be proficient in English.
- Experience managing recruitment CRM platforms such as Workable, Breezy, Gem, etc.
- Experience working in a technology company is a plus.

This is a fully remote position based out of Colombia, with the opportunity to work in our office and meet with our local team for Medellin-based applicants.
