Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our marketing developer team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging web experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to build frontend-rich digital experiences, including landing pages and complete websites.
  • Support the marketing team with backend API integrations, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Design and develop websites on WordPress, focusing on engaging Telesign prospects.
  • Develop strong organizational skills to ensure projects are well-structured and easily maintainable.
  • Implement QA processes to ensure bug-free and reliable code.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to implement analytics and A/B testing tools, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the web development life cycle, from scoping and planning to development and maintenance.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front-end web development and underlying technologies.
  • Provide samples of previous work demonstrating strategic, intelligent creative executions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/SCSS/JavaScript/PHP/AJAX best practices, modern browser trends, and compatibility.
  • Experience delivering modern, semantic, resilient, and accessible interfaces.
  • Ability to work with creative internal teams, making strategic recommendations on branded content and user experience.
  • Experience adapting site performance and accessibility for 508, ADA, and WCAG compliance.
  • Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma and Adobe.
  • Senior experience working with PHP-based CMS platforms, like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with open-source frameworks and version control, Git, and WP-CLI.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or design technology is a plus.
  • Able to accept constructive feedback and listen with an open mind.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using tools like Sentry (debugging) or ESLint (code improvement).
  • Experience building websites with an emphasis on localization.
