Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of financial statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial projections and market trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide financial advice and consulting to clients on strategies and trends for strategic growth, leveraging expertise in accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in client interactions, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven 4-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a US accounting environment, with a strong understanding of GAAP standards.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, with experience in financial analysis and projections.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1/C2), with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Strategic orientation and meticulousness in work, with attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable experience in mentoring and staff development, with a passion for guiding clients toward success.
