Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our accounting department at WBL California, LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting staff and manage related functions, including fixed assets, loans, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports, in compliance with GAAP and best practices.
  • Oversee the company's ledger and financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage general ledger account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Audit Department for monthly close and annual reporting, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Review accounts payable aging analysis, ensuring timely vendor payments and minimizing outstanding balances.

Requirements:

  • Active CPA license, with 10-15 years of general accounting experience and technical accounting knowledge.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with proficiency in MS Office and Sage GL and AP.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This range is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's location and the level of responsibility required for the role.
