In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project, including accounting, finance, and personnel functions. You will work closely with the project team to ensure compliance with NCBA CLUSA financial management policies and US government regulations.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in financial administration of donor programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US federal regulations, including 22 CFR 226, standard provisions, and A-133. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project
- Ensure compliance with NCBA CLUSA financial management policies and US government regulations
- Work closely with project team to achieve program objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in financial administration of donor programs
- US federal regulations (22 CFR 226) knowledge
- Fluency in English and Spanish
