Warehouse Supervisor Fulfillment Role

Pandora's US Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fulfillment team. As a critical member of our Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all functional areas related to order fulfillment
- Leading a team of order selectors to achieve key performance metrics
- Providing coaching and guidance to ensure team engagement and motivation
- Monitoring daily workflow and distributing work efficiently
- Cultivating a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability for results
- Ensuring orders flow into and through the system properly
- Conducting detailed analysis to identify root causes of service failures and opportunities for improvement
- Leading projects to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and key performance metrics
- Recruiting, training, and coaching employees
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures
- Coordinating and administering the quarterly performance management process
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
- Leading quarterly warehouse and systems closures and clean-ups
- Corresponding closely with the global team to ensure proper execution of departmental standard operating procedures
- Partnering with temp agencies to forecast temporary staff needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, leadership, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a high-volume pick & pack distribution environment
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce, including temporary employees, in a high-pressure operation environment
- Exceptional knowledge of innovative distribution practices and technologies, WMS systems, RF, and TMS
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven thought process
- Excellent inventory control, product packaging, records maintenance, and cost and pricing methodology skills
- Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- Green Belt – Six Sigma a plus, but not required
