Key Responsibilities- Analyze digital campaign performance across multiple channels, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives, including setting up, tracking, tagging, and managing analytics dashboards and reports.
- Conduct A/B testing for campaigns and creative optimization to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with senior team members to establish KPIs, then measure and report on performance against these targets.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continually seeking ways to improve our digital analytics capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably within a healthcare, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing advertising performance across paid media channels, including social media and connected TV.
