Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Advancio. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and support the team in adopting Agile practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.
- Promote self-organization and team autonomy, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
- Identify, address, and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to help prioritize and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for the development team.
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team by facilitating effective retrospectives and helping to implement improvement actions.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of Agile processes at the organizational level.
- Create and maintain a team culture that facilitates a shared responsibility for successful delivery.
- Guide team on principles and practice of the agile framework being used in the project.
- Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Experience applying scrum, a wider awareness of agile principles, and a data-driven mindset.
- Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum in small, large, and distributed teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework and other Agile practices such as Kanban, Scrumban, XP, etc.
- Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
- Experience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
