Job Overview

Hire Horatio Cx is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about sourcing and recruiting top talent.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team to coordinate all candidate sourcing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-developing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy that meets the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy that aligns with the company's recruitment goals.
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to define candidate profiles and source suitable candidates.
  • Draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates using various sourcing channels.
  • Maintain knowledge of sourcing tools and technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool that meets the company's future hiring needs.
  • Track pre-defined sourcing metrics and report on them regularly.
  • Coordinate Intern recruitment processes and support recruitment interviews during on-site hiring events.

Requirements

  • Advanced near-native English proficiency.
  • 1+ year experience in recruiting responsibilities or a recruiting/sourcing role.
  • Ability to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in various candidate sources and recruiting systems.
  • Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the department.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Experience with Cuota Sena (preferred).

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
