Job Title: Technical Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Officer to join our team at Northpoint Development Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of the President, reviewing and analyzing policies and procedures, and creating reports and other materials related to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Review and Analysis: Monitor new regulatory issuances and discuss these with the President to ensure alignment with company vision, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Workflow Analysis: Determine and analyze the existing workflow by observing methods and procedures in action, consulting other departments, and studying data and work studies.
- Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare letters, memoranda, and other correspondence on behalf of the President, and draft policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Review, analyze, and evaluate current internal processes by initiating business efficiency studies such as workflow analysis and root cause analysis.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective communication channels among leaders of each department, and actively participate in project status meetings.
- Project Documentation: Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Technical Writing, Systems and Organizational Analysis and Design, and/or Documentation.
- Banking experience is preferred.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
