Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Engineer to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional customer experience, prioritizing their needs and expectations.
  2. Project Execution: Manage and coordinate the execution and delivery of medium and low-voltage equipment projects, achieving and improving budgeted profitability and sales targets.
  3. Process Compliance: Execute EC& ED projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox, in coordination with SC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planner, CS&Q.
  4. Project Monitoring: Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  5. Customer Communication: Maintain a positive relationship with customers, communicating regularly through correspondence, emails, calls, and meetings.
Requirements
  1. Electrical Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
  2. Postgraduate Studies: Master's degree in Project Management or PMP certification.
  3. Cost Management: Knowledge of costs and budgeting.
  4. Financial Knowledge: Basic knowledge of finance.
  5. Design Knowledge: Basic knowledge of medium and low-voltage design.
  6. Data Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  7. Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, XP Extreme Programming, Six Sigma).
  8. Microsoft Project: Proficiency in Microsoft Project software.
