The Job: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in our HR team, assisting with Employee Relations and special projects. You will improve manager and employee performance by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to develop human resources solutions.
- Enhance manager and employee performance by addressing problems and suggesting solutions.
- Manage special projects including research, development, and implementation.
- Compile and summarize data to prepare reports.
- Stay informed about legislation and ensure compliance.
- Support new hires with onboarding and integrate them into the company culture.
- Review and process new hire paperwork with payroll and legal teams.
- Facilitate the Employee Satisfaction Survey and address related issues.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture by attending to office tasks and needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Direct experience, preferably in hourly populations and/or call centers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, reporting, and HR practices.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of employment law.
